Chris is a licensed nursing home administrator. Born at Bethesda Naval Hospital, he and his younger sister grew up in McLean, Virginia. He is the Executive Director of the Hermitage, a Methodist continuing care retirement community for Pinnacle Living.

Chris loves the outdoors. Whether he is hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, or just walking our Covid puppy, Chris is at home outside. Ask about his time at NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) where he did programs in the Rockies, Alaska, and worked briefly for them in Lander, WY. Chris graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, and received his master’s degree in health service administration from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Annie decided high school was not for her and went to Bard College, Simon’s Rock at 16. She completed two years there before moving to Columbia Chicago and graduating summa cum laude as a filmmaker. She is living in Chicago and making a living at her craft as an assistant director and production assistant with some occasional roles as an extra.

Annie recently was 1st AD on American Parent set to come out Spring 2022. One of the films she did in college was selected to be shown at the 2021 Chicago Southside Film Fest. She is working in all sorts of mediums: music videos, feature films, network and special production television, and even a pizza commercial.

A freshman at the University of the South, in Sewanee, TN, Carolyn hopes to major in Environmental Science but is taking a genetic biology class which might pull her in that direction.

Carolyn’s heart is gentle and strong. She is a good friend and a quiet soul. Her latest hobby is reading - 35 books for 2021 so far (not including textbooks and articles for school!).

Carolyn loves exploring the outdoors. As a varsity rower for McLean High School, Carolyn’s boats were consecutive Virginia state champions. But her strength and bravery were most evident when she got a COVID puppy - Naughty Dottie.
